Business Need:

 

Customer developed Web Application and Mobile Application and this was offered to customers on a subscription basis. The application helps customers customer to plan training activities and remain compliant with all the industry standards specified by State & Federal Regulations from time to time.

While the technology stack and the architecture of the system posed typical challenges like:

  1. Outdated and user interfaces that was not user friendly
  2. Technical issues & bugs in the system
  3. Architecture not allowing scalability of applications

Customer wanted to sign up some large enterprise customers and this required major enhancement of the system to accommodate enterprise accounts. This architectural changes required complete reengineering of the portals and applications.
